1. Quotes and orders
All prices are quoted per order and are valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is confirmed once accepted in writing and any required advance is received.
2. Product variation
As every carpet is handmade, slight variations in size, colour, and pattern are inherent and are not considered defects.
3. Pricing and taxes
Prices are exclusive of duties and destination taxes unless the agreed Incoterm states otherwise. INR values shown on the site are approximate and vary with exchange rates.
4. Payment terms
We accept bank transfer (T/T) and letter of credit for larger orders. Production begins after the agreed advance or instrument is confirmed.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, images and content on this website are the property of IND Flying Carpets and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
