Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how and when orders can be cancelled.

1. Before production
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Any advance paid is refunded in full.
2. During production
Once a made-to-order or custom carpet enters production, cancellation may incur a charge covering materials and labour already committed.
3. After dispatch
Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy if defective.
4. How to cancel
Email info@indflyingcarpets.com with your order number. Our team will confirm any applicable charges before processing the cancellation.
