We ship insured, export-ready carpets to over 50 countries with complete trade documentation.

1. Lead times
Stocked items typically dispatch within 5–10 business days. Made-to-order and custom carpets require 4–6 weeks of production before dispatch.
2. Shipping methods
We ship by air for urgent orders (about 1 week transit) and by sea freight for larger, cost-effective consignments. The method is agreed on your quote.
3. Incoterms
We support FOB, CIF, DDP and EXW. Duties and destination taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless a DDP term is agreed.
4. Packaging
Carpets are rolled, wrapped in protective material and sealed for safe international transit.
5. Insurance & documentation
Every shipment is insured and includes a commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin. Additional documents are provided as required by the destination country.
6. Tracking
A tracking number and carrier are shared once your order is dispatched. Track any order from the Track Order page.
